Hours: 11am-3pm / Monday-Friday (you do not have to be available all days)
Duties: This position would assist with general customer service in-person and via phone, card production, processing deposits and associated cash handling, processing reports/projects, and other duties as assigned.

Flex Additions/Dining Dollars
Remember, Flex Additions/Dining Dollars balances will not begin to appear on your receipts until you deplete your dining plan! Balances can be viewed via our website at any time! As a reminder, only Major/Mega/Premium Flex dining plan holders are eligible for Flex Additions. Minor Flex and Commuter Cash dining plan holders are only eligible for Dining Dollars.
Eating at D2 has never been easier!
Hokie Passport has launched biometric technology in D2. Avoid the lines and simply wave your hand through the biometrics reader to enter D2. Flex dining plan holders may enroll at our office! More info here!
