Lost or Stolen Cards
Lost or stolen cards should be deactivated immediately to prevent unauthorized access. Lost or stolen cards can be deactivated at MyVT, under the "Personal Info" tab. Cards can also be deactivated by calling the Hokie Passport Office at 231-5121 during business hours or the VT Police Dept. at all other times. Stolen cards should be reported to the Virginia Tech Police Department at 231-6411.
To reactivate a card, visit the Hokie Passport Office. The university assumes no responsibility for unauthorized access due to lost or stolen cards.
Replacement cards can be obtained at the Hokie Passport Office. A $20.00 replacement fee will be charged for lost or stolen cards.
Anyone who finds a card can turn the card in to the Hokie Passport Office or the Virginia Tech Police Department.
